Brandy Molloy MS, LMT, Yoga Teacher

Brandy has been a yoga teacher for over 20 years and has offered practice in places like chiropractic offices, art galleries, the U of A and quaint old church buildings. Along that journey she also studied Psychology (B.S.) and Health Science (M.S.) with focused research on how mindfulness affects quality of life. With the desire to offer more hands on therapeutic work she became a licensed massage therapist in 2023 and helps clients release tension, sooth the nervous system and deepen self-awareness. Whether it’s for increased relaxation or a specific goal, she brings consistency, presence and a passion for results driven sessions.
